Heat treatment way of 86CrMoV7 forging steel rolls is as followings
expansion hydrogen anneal process technology is: go into stove → 880-920 ℃ of insulation → 700-740 ℃ of insulation → stove for≤400 ℃ and be chilled to the 300-500 ℃ of air cooling of coming out of the stove.
spheroidal annealing process is: go into stove → 850-880 ℃ of insulation → 700-740 ℃ of insulation → stove for≤400 ℃ and be chilled to the 300-500 ℃ of air cooling of coming out of the stove.
quenching-and-tempering process is: 890-910 ℃ of oil quenching and 630-650 ℃ of high tempering.
final thermal treatment process is: 960-980 ℃ of line-frequency induction quenched and 200-250 ℃ of low-temperature tempering.
