Following is melting way of our raw material of Thermowells
Material shall be produced by a triple melt process consisting of vacuum induction melting (VIM)followed by electroslag consumable electrode remelting (ESR)and vacuum arc consumable electrode remelting VAR).
ALl our finished forging Thermowells should be accepted by the QC department of the manufacturer by conducting the following
examinations:
1) external examination;
2) a check of dimensions and marking;
3) chemical composition examination;
4) mechanical tests;
5) macrostructure examination;
6) residual stress measurement;
7) ultrasonic testing;
8) periscopic testing.
Jiangsu liangyi is qualified with ISO 9001-2015 , when we finish all forging Thermowells, we will release en10204-3.1 for our every pieces of forging Thermowells , also we could release en10204-3.2 by third party like T.U.V., DET NORSKE VERITAS, LLOYD’S REGISTER OF SHIPPING, BUREAU VERITAS, GERMANISCHER LLOYD, ABS, etc.
