We could forged, heat treatment rough machined for forged pump crankshafts, also we could do final machined crankshafts as per clients drawing of pump crankshafts, we have full final machined equipment for pump crankshafts, with CNC crankshaft grinder and CNC cylindrical grinder, with the eccentric distance featuring an accuracy of 0.01mm and the cylinder accurate to 0.005mm. and roughness of Ra0.02 for pump crankshafts after polishing, giving it an excellent wear resistance and lubricity.
After we do Fininish production of our forged pump crankshafts, we will do following inspection includes Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) & Dye Penetrant, surface hardness, dimension, run-out,pump Crankshaft Straightening test and surface finish and crank web deflection.
