Material is to be produced by Arc Furnace. Material shall meet all the requirements mentioned in this document. Refining procedure such as Argon Oxygen Decarburization (AOD) or Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization (VOD) shall be adopted. Subsequent re-melting by ESR process is permitted.
