FOllowing is material certificate that we supply for forging steel Shovel Excavator Circular rails
certificates of chemical composition and mechanical property according to standard EN 10204-3.1 issued by an accredited laboratory.
• magnetic flux test certificates according to the current standard for the offered material
• ultrasound examination certificates according to the current standard for the offered material
• certificate of accreditation of one or more laboratories according to ISO/IEC 17025 with the scope of accreditation that includes the required tests and which issued the certificates
• submit assembly and workshop drawings of all positions with the specified materials, certified and signed by the manufacturer.
On each Dragline excavators rail segment, the following must be clearly visible:
• manufacturer logo,
• batch number,
• identification number,
stamped or made in the form of an overhang in the manufacturing technology itself. Marking with a marker is unacceptable.
The seller is obliged to pack the contracted goods and protect them from damage during loading, transportation, unloading and warehouse manipulation. Any damage caused during the transportation of the subject goods to the place of delivery shall be borne by the selected selller
The warranty period for delivered Dragline excavators rail segment is a minimum of 24 ( twenty-four) months from the day when
the goods were qualitatively received, i.e. from the date of signing the "Report on conformity of the technical and technological characteristics of the delivered goods" without objections, by the Commission for acceptance control Ordering.
