The most common heat treatments of inconel 751 round bars is as following:
Solution annealing at 1120°C for 1h air cooled,stabilization at 845°C for 24h air cooled and aging at 730°C for 4h and air cooled.
Solution annealing at 1150°C for 2h air cooled, stabilization at 845°C for 24h air cooled and aging at 705°C for 20h air cooled
