3 EAF+ESR: Electro Slag Remelting
4 EAF+PESR: protective atmosphere Electro Slag Remelting
5 VIM+PESR: Vacuum induction melting

We could do following surface finish of forged valve balls
Surface Hardening Materials Tungsten Carbide TCC, Chromium Carbide CCC, Stellite STL,

4. Beam Impact Test (average out.of 3 testings) acc.DIN EN 10045-1 by using ISO-V notch specimen
5. Hardness test according DIN EN 10003-1 (Brinell)o DIN EN 10109-1(Rockwell C)at three spots across the total length
6.Proof of the inner consistency (UItrasonic testing acc.EN10228-3 Class 3 C)
7. Information on heat treatments (tempering,stress relief annealing,normalizing)
8. Dimension inspection (Dimension record)
9.Proof of surface roughness Rz in the bearing zones
10.Proof that the entire finished product is free from cracks (Magnetic particle test acc.EN10228-1 class 4)
