Electric arc furnace or blast furnace and oxygen blast converter shall be used, each with subsequent ladle treatment;

Steel shall be non-radioactive;
Quality class shall beat least MQ in accordance with ISO 6336-5 or DIN 3990-5;
Standard EN 10083 shall be followed.
905M39 a chromium aluminium molybdenum nitriding steel. The material offers high wear resistance togetherwith toughness and ductility. EN41 is defined by its
suitability for nitriding which gives the material a hard,wear resistant case. EN41 is harder wearing than EN40B and offers excellent abrasion resistance.
