Following is delivery CONDITION of 32CrMoV12-10 forged bars: Air melt/Ladle refined, VIM-VAR, or ESR hot forged, normalized, austenitized,quenched, tempered, straightened, stress relieved, and cleaned bar
internal and surface defects. Material must pass slit test to measure residual stress after stress relief. Material must measure < 3 Gauss for residual magnetism
