FOllowing is production process of Forging venturi cone meter Body
forging, rough machining, heat treatment and final machining. The manufacture process is as follows: smelting→Ingot →heating → forging → Heat treatment → Inspection → rough machining → UT → 2nd Heat treatment (Quenching and tempering) →mechanical properties tests (our own laboratory)→ finishing machining → Inspection(DT, UT, MT or PT.) → Reports, package and delivery
ALl our finished Forged venturi cone meter Bodies should be accepted by the QC department of the manufacturer by conducting the following
examinations:
1) external examination;
2) a check of dimensions and marking;
3) chemical composition examination;
4) mechanical tests;
5) macrostructure examination;
6) residual stress measurement;
7) ultrasonic testing;
8) periscopic testing.
