Description
We are professional Forged Steel Integral Straight Blade Stabilizer Bodies Body,Forging Steel Integral Sleeve Spiral Stabilizer,Forging Steel Spherical Stabilizer, Forging Steel Stabilizer Body. forging steel Non-Magnet Integral Blade Stabilizer from china
The material grade of Forging Steel Stabilizer Body that we could produce is as following
AISI 4145H MOD / AISI 4330V MOD / AISI 4140 / AISI 4142 / non-magnetic material
Specification of forged steel Stabilizer that we could produce is :6"-36"
The steel Forging Steel Stabilizer raw materiual ingots undergo electric furnace smelting and vacuum degassing processes to meet clients stringent standards. For utmost transparency, we report any element exceeding 0.25% in the chemical composition, while ensuring that the total amount of residual elements remains below 1.00%.
All Our Forged stabilizer bodies are forged using hydraulic or water presses, without employing electro-hydraulic hammers, air hammers, or rapid forging machines. The forging ratio is maintained at a minimum of 3:1, ensuring optimal strength and structural integrity. We strive for superior grain size with a rating of 5 or better, while cleanliness is assessed using ASTM E45 Method A or C to determine average inclusion levels.
To ascertain mechanical properties, we conduct tests 1″ below the surface. Charpy V-notch Impact Property testing is performed at a temperature of 20℃±3℃ (70°F), with values derived from an average of three separate specimen tests. Hardness testing is conducted on each body, ensuring any decarburization is removed by grinding the test area. Additionally, ultrasonic testing is carried out according to ASTM A587 using the flat-bottom hole procedure, covering both direct and oblique angles.
Our Forging Steel Stabilizer can be inspected by standard of API-5CT, API-10D, API-7K, API-11E, API-6A, API-11AX, API-5D, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 etc.
All our Forging Steel Stabilizer can be release in 10204-3.2 certificate by following third party DNV-GL BUREAU VERITAS,LLOYD’S REGISTER,ABS, RINA,TÜV
ALl our Forging Steel Stabilizer should be accepted by the QC department by conducting the following examinations:
1) external examination;
2) a check of dimensions and marking;
3) chemical composition examination;
4) mechanical tests;
5) macrostructure examination;
6) residual stress measurement;
7) ultrasonic testing;
8) periscopic testing.
Every forged Forging Steel Stabilizer body should be delivered to the consumer with a certificate. In the certificate the following details should be specified:
1) heat No. (for ESR and VAR metal - original heat No. and remelting heat No.);
2) blank No.;
3) order No.;
4) drawing No.;
5) these specifications' No.;
6) steel grade;
7) steel melting and pouring practice;
8) chemical composition;
9) content of hydrogen in metal for blanks with a more than 500 mm diameter made without degassing
while pouring (as required by the consumer);
10) mechanical and hardness test findings (with indication of sampling locations);
11) macrostructure test findings;
12) ultrasonic test findings;
13) residual stresses;
14) periscopic test findings;
15) shear fracture in impact test pieces as well as data relating to the manufacturing of the blanks: ingot weight, blank weight, heat treatment temperature conditions, details of the repeated heat treatment and straightening of the blanks.
