Forging of UNS N10362 forged parts shall be free of segregation,voids,non-metallic inclusions,dirt and dross,pipe and other injurious imperfections after macro etching and examination at 1X magnification.
Imperfections must not exceed given degrees of severity (ASTM A604M)in accordance with Table 1 NOTE
All dark etching areas shall be subject to a microscopic examination.The following white spot conditions shall be subject to microscopic examination to confirm their nature and size:
· White spots larger than 2.5 mm or more than 4 per side;
· White spots distribution closer than that shown by ASTM A 604,Class 2-White Spot-Severity B.
