We should do following following NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST for all incoloy 825 forged round bars
Verification inspection of all AISI 410 CB  forged steel bars.
100% Ultrasonic inspection of all bars above 40mm size according to EN 10308 type 1a and 1c table 1). Acceptance criteria are as follows.
· d or (a,b) = 200mm quality class 4
· d or (a,b) = 200mm quality class 3
In general, the decision limit for loss of back wall echo is 3 dB and for the real reflector length max. 10mm.

The finished incoloy 825 forged round bars shall be straight, sound and free from internal and surface defects viz., cracks,piping, scabs, laps, hairline cracks, etc. The bars shall be free from twists and bends.
, The surface of the bars shall be smooth without any laps, rolled in scales, etc. Dents roll marks and scratches are permitted provided their depth does not exceed half the tolerance limits specified

An inspection certificate 3.1 for incoloy 825 forged parts according to Standard EN 10204 and relative ITP in English language shall be provided in duplicate to the clientsprior to, but in no case later than with the delivery of the 403CB forged  material and shall contain the following data:

a) Identification no. And order no. of incoloy 825 forging parts
b) Material designation of  incoloy 825  forged rings
c) Heat No. and heat analysis including trace elements and melting process.of each  incoloy 825 forging sleeves
d) Number of forgings in the ingot and weight of ingot, stating L/D ratio.
e) Degree of forging reduction (Amax/Afinal at greatest body diameter) of each  incoloy 825 forging round bars
f) Heat treatment: Method of cooling, temperatures actually measured, holding times and cooling conditions (cooling rates) of each  incoloy 825 forged turbine blade steel
including all reheat treatments are to be quoted as a complete temperature time sequence.
g) Results of the mechanical test. All results shall be quoted with indication of location of specimens of Alloy 825 forged steel bars
h) Results of residual stress measurement if performed.
i) Results of ultrasonic examination according to clients requirement
k) Results of magnetic particle inspection of axial and if applicable radial bores and the cross section transitions according to clients requirement
l) Results of magnetic properties of each Alloy 825 forging steel flat bars
m) Dimensional data sheet about the dimensional inspection of each incoloy alloy 825  forging material
