Following is Serial production of our clients 21CrMoV5.7 forging rolls
• Surface: 100% visual testing
• Per heat or heat treatment batch one sample must be checked for mechanical properties,
Mechanical properties coordinated to the relevant cross section of the rolls
• 1 piece elongation test, 3 pieces ISO-V Tests, place of testing: lengthwise rolls
• Ultrasonic testing acc. SEP 1921, sample size: 10% or MT testing acc. to Item 5.1: sample size 10%
• Measurement control
Brinellhardness testing, sample size: 10%
