incoloy 825 forged rings flanges Material shall be supplied in accordance with the dimensions specified in the request for quotation and ASTM B564 standard.
A detailed MTC of ALloy 825 forging rings as per EN 10204-3.1 is required for each product to be supplied and shipped under this specification. The document must include the results of all tests specified in the requested raw material standard.
The test results that must be specified in the certificate of material conformity (CoC) are as follows
Composition analysis (including nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen content)
Macro structure analysis
Microstructure analysis
Hardness Test
Tensile Test
Average grain size
Detailed ultrasonic test report
In addition to the material certificate, the company supplying the raw material must provide ultrasonic test results and detailed ultrasonic inspection report in the test results attached to the certificate of conformity. According to the documents provided, the ultrasonic inspection requirements specified in the specification must be met. Documents may be electronic or printed form. If the document provided in electronic form does not have an authorized signature, the statement that the document is valid without signature will be sought.
The ultrasonic inspection report of alloy 825 forging flanges shall contain the name and certification details of the non-destructive testing personnel who performed the inspection.

This test of incoloy 825 forged rings includes
Certificate of accreditation from a neutral, accredited body (TÜV NORD, TÜV SÜD or Bureau Veritas or an accredited body recommended by the contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority) Photograph of the calibration block used for sensitivity calibration during ultrasonic examination and calibration certificate of the ultrasonic examination device.
Ultrasonic testing certificates of the personnel who will perform and control the test, Non- destructive testing personnel performing the ultrasonic examination must be level-3 certified according to NAS 410 or any of the EN ISO 9712 standards
Raw materials shall be inspected according to EN10228-3 Class 4 or EN 10308 Class 4 and the ultrasonic test report shall be prepared according to these standards.

In the event that there is missing information in the material conformity certificate and both ultrasonic nspection results delivered tot the Administration are inappropriate according the requested standard,
clients personnel, and the right to reject the raw material or request a new product in accordance with the standards.
CLients reserves the right to perform all kinds of mechanical, micro-macro-structural or non-destructive testing test if deemed necessary by the clients personnel, and the right to reject the raw material or request a new product in accordance with the standards.
PACKAGING AND MARKING of incoloy 825 forged rings,FOrging disks
All raw materials to be supplied within the scope of this specification shall be packaged by the supplier company so as not to be damaged during transportation. It is considered appropriate to use pallets for
transportation.
The supplier company shall be responsible for any damages that may arise during the transportation.
The packaging shall be labelled with paint/ink resistant to wetting and erasure and shall contain the following information
