These days, we produce some Nimonic 75 Forgeed Forging Rings For our germany clients,

FOllowing is Order Production Inspection Schedule（ITP） of our clients

1）The requirement of material：

A)Melting：VIM+ESR

Inspect chemical compostion  as per ASTM A751, the reqquirement of chemical compostion is as follows:

C:0.08%-0.15%,Si:1.0% max，Mn:1.0% max，Cr:18.0-21.0%, Ni:balance，Fe:5.0 max，Ti:0.20-0.60%,Cu:0.50% max，Co:5.0% max

Heat treatment methods:

Solution annealed treatment in 1040degree*2.2H,air cooling

B) The mechanical propery requirement is as follows：Testing in Transverse direction, Testing As per ASTM A370

0.2% yield strength:Min 240MPA

Tensile Strength:Min 650MPA

Elongation Min 20%

C)100% UT Test of parts itself， UT test as per  ASTM-A388,API6A,PSL Level 3. Using the flat bottom holes prodedure per section 7.4.2.3.15

D) Dimention test for size of each rings

E) Make Mark of rings in material grade and heat number
